Progress. Driving for perfection is a job for life. Constant improvement. Last week was pretty good, even though I did hurt my knee a little bit. This week started quite good as well. I’ve managed to wake up at 6:15 (a little bit late, since I was planning to do some swimming), but.. never say no – and.. 6:25 I was in the water. I did 40 lengths of the pool (with my flippers on) in about 25 minutes.. took a shower and went back home. Breakfast. Then work. I’ve to say.. it was good Monday.

So.. I was supposed to do some inline skating in the morning.. but my body said.. no man, moreover.. it was raining, so.. Wednesday was a rest day. Not bad though.. I felt tired all day long. Need more time to rest. Tomorrow micoach + 45 minutes recovery run. Far enough about.. not doing your training :]

So.. luckily .. I did managed to finish first week of training.. and I do feel much better with that. Many things stayed to figure out.. however.. main plan is in the game. So.. therefore running: tuesday, thursday, saturday. Monday.. swimming, wednesday inline skating, friday swimming, sunday rest day (all day long.. )
Monday: swimming, + sth
Tuesday: running, + sauna
Wednesday: inline skating + strength excercises (home)
Thursday: running, + sth
Friday: swimming + stretching
Saturday: running + off
Sunday: off..
Startup plan.. 9 weeks.. we will see in 9 weeks, some more details shortly.

I overslept. so what? no much. 6:15 wake up, 5 minutes to go.. 6:25 swimming pool.. so it was not that bad. I forgot to calculate numbers of swimming pools done.. but still.. 35 minutes in the water were gr8 this morning. I will count… next time.
Btw.. I’m trying to improve my crawl.. so I did some research on the subject.. and.. ya of course.. uTube was the best solution. Check this. .. Since my problem (I think) is breathing.. shortl lesson, and let’s try it next time
